What is the Pancreatic Cancer UK Big Win Raffle?

The Big Win Raffle is a raffle for Pancreatic Cancer UK supporters. It's an easy way to help fund research into the disease and our work supporting people affected by pancreatic cancer. There's also the chance of winning cash prizes, tickets are £1 each and you can enter online here. You can also make an additional donation to further support our work.

We will enter the tickets into the raffle, which will close at midnight on Friday 28th March. The draw will take place on Wednesday 2nd April when we will select the winners. There are 8 prizes available, ranging from £100 to the top prize of £2,000. Full rules can be found on our website here.

How can I buy a ticket for the Big Win Raffle?

You can buy tickets online here. Please make sure you enter before midnight on Friday 28th March when the raffle closes.

You must pay using a debit card. Credit card payments will not be accepted, and there is no postal or telephone method to enter the raffle.

I’ve bought raffle tickets, what happens next?

Make sure you don’t delete the confirmation email we sent you when you entered the raffle as this contains your unique ticket numbers. If you didn’t receive it or have lost this email, please get in touch with the raffle team on 0330 678 3185.

We will contact any winners after the draw date of Wednesday 2nd April 2025 and publish the winning numbers on our website within one week of the draw date. Winners can be found here.

What are the key dates for the raffle?

You have until midnight on Friday 28th March 2025 to buy your tickets for the raffle. The winning tickets will then be drawn on Wednesday 2nd April 2025. We will notify all winners within one week of the draw date (by Wednesday 9th April 2025) to arrange for winnings to be paid.

What are the prizes?

There are 8 prizes in total. The top prize is £2,000 for one lucky winner. Then 2 prizes of £250 each, and 5 prizes of £100 each.

How are winning tickets drawn?

Winners are selected using a random number generator. Once a ticket is drawn it is removed from the draw, therefore it is not possible for one number to win more than one prize.

There will be 8 winners in total and prizes will be allocated in the order the ticket number is drawn based on value of the prize e.g. first ticket drawn will win the top prize.

How will I know if I have won?

We will get in touch with winning players within a week of the draw (by Wednesday 9 April 2025) to arrange for winnings to be paid. We will contact you via phone call or email in the first instance.

If we do not hear back from you by the Wednesday 16th April 2025 (two weeks after the draw date), we will reach out via post. Winnings will then be paid via BACS transfer once bank account details have been confirmed.

If prizes haven’t been claimed within 6 months of being notified, we will treat the prize as a donation.

We will publish the winning ticket numbers on this website by Wednesday 9th April 2025.

Are there any restrictions around who can enter the raffle?

All players must be 18+ to enter – we will ask you to self-verify your date of birth upon entry and upon paying out any winnings.

Players must also be a resident in Great Britain (for the avoidance of doubt, this excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.)

If someone wins the raffle and they are under the age of 18 or lives outside of Great Britain, we will not be able to pay out the prize. We will treat any unclaimed prize(s) as a donation to Pancreatic Cancer UK.

What are the maximum amount of tickets I can buy?

You can buy a maximum amount of 50 tickets.

How much does it cost to enter?

Each raffle ticket costs £1.

Where does the money come from to pay out the raffle prizes?

The raffle prize pot comes from players buying tickets to enter the raffle. The prize pot is not made up of donations from supporters who have made a donation on top of buying raffle tickets or outside of the raffle.
